Toilets in China?

In Western Europe, people used twigs and hazel wrapped in cloth as toothbooks and floss. They cleaned their teeth by chewing on the mallow plant. Castle moats were filled with disgusting water that was filled with excrement of the people living inside the castle. In China, they have porcelain toilets also, but instead of like baby said, it's changing. The toilet is almost level with the floor and you squat down to do your business.
