AI and the Future of Chat
I think everyone is really focused on the chat interface right now because chat GPT had just this meteoric rise but I think there's a lot of ways as engineers we can integrate AI into our applications that is not through a chat interface. Like one you know super low level thing is on some of these tools the AI can emit markdown which is nice because it gives like a very easy way to make a front end component that just renders markdown. You know another interesting new challenge is all of a sudden we have a lot of latency on our API requests again and so people need to come up with their new UI paradigms or maybe refresh some of the old ones.
