The NFT and Intellectual Property Rights

When you purchase an NFT the question arises what intellectual property rights, if anything, are you buying in that artwork? So I think we're going to find issues around that with NFTs too. There's a well known collection apart from the signpost called the Bordeaux Yacht Club. That's the other very expensive collection that you'll see online that exchange hounds for millions. And I think those are known Bordeaux, do get the right,. because it's commercially exploit the rights in the NFT that they purchase.
