New Jersey still has about one fifth of its landmass is open space and still in agriculture. The majority of the agriculture takes place from Trenton south so the southern half of the state. We have a lot of farm to table operations farmers markets in urban and peri urban communities. So we grow things that people consume directly, as opposed to large agronomic crops like we grow in the Midwest.
