When you come into systems analysis, you are bound by your own understanding and experiences. What's important is to engage people who have a different sense of bounded rationality. There was a thing that really stuck with me that Ben and Lavrens with whom I wrote the service design book. They talked about on and off ramps - this idea that each touch point has an on and off ramp.
