Rast was one of the first ones adopting WebAssembly. Python has already adopted like WebAssembly with both a MScript and Washi, Rast have done it fully. Almost any software will be able to target it more or less in that trivial manner. In the case of Rast, if you are using IDE, it's very easy for you to embed a WebAssembly runtime.
