No Code Is in Our Blood

No code is ingrained in our culture. We use air table, notion and zapier because we fundamentally believe that everybody the company should have that skill. Instead of coming up with an idea, pitching it to maybe a product manager or someone on the product team and seeing if it'll make the road m they're able to make it themselves. Tey're able to jump into zapier and make a mvp of it. And that, i think, is enabled us to really iterate quickly. It's not always easy to keep but that the benefits are just so strong that it's worth it.
