What Are You Getting at the End of It?

There needs to be much more appreciation of our different ways of showing your skills. Like ongette ow, if you are it's very tangible. A certificate doesn't say everything. We don't really have much time for that in our education. But what i do is during gs courses and show them how it works. So if they find a book, andwe found a book in last course, not a huge one, but what do you do then? Or if you see a translation taken in soft warn it open sorce their ways to get that fixed. That makes perfect sense. Do you encourage students to to document their journey, to do work in public and stort of help
