In deliberate mindfulness, some people have a very hard time with concentrations on their breat e. Some people can eventually gained the benefit of that. A in effortless mindfulness, it there's a little bit of this new orientation which has that there's already this effortless awareness that's here. And then awareness can actually drop down, or open up, and know your jaw directly from your jaw, and your throat from your throat. It takes this kind of teasing out, or the separating out, or thi feeling of this unique, a feeling of local awareness being attached to thought.
