The Importance of Basing Final Conclusions on Scientific Evidence

He says, one of the main concepts we discussed in my middle school class is the importance of basing final conclusions on scientific evidence that is gathered. We don't know what he had all that emotion at the end of the letter. By the way, three quarters of the way through that, we did not know whether that person was a student or a teacher.
