The United States, Russia and India are not party to the ICC. The US has never signed the ICC. So what is your sense? I mean, as you rightly point out, this could be a bargaining chip. But you know, the western countries, the European countries are all part of the ICC. How do you think they will be able to pull back from this kind of extreme position that has been adopted?
