Those Patients Should Not Be Managed in the Emergency Room
Those patients belong in the intensive care unit, they should not be managed on the floor. They should be treated promptly with IV drugs and you're going to lower the blood pressure following a pattern. In the absence of acute target organ damage, then that's when we can actually do harm by over treatment. And I think that this is an important paradigm that is not followed frequently.
