How to Standardize Ethics and Bias?

In China, you can't play video games even. You're not allowed to watch TikTok during the school week. So it's a really hard and actually another on that note, sort of somewhat related because I know Minecraft has a great taxonomy. And then again, the question I always have is well who's ethics right?
