All-or-Nothing Thinking and its Impact on Behavior
In this chapter, the speaker discusses their tendency to engage in all-or-nothing thinking when it comes to eating certain foods. They give examples of buying a large pizza and feeling guilty for eating more than a few slices, as well as eating an entire container of ice cream in one sitting. The speaker recognizes that this behavior is not conducive to mindful eating and expresses a desire to change.
