She took her arm cadence up to 80 to 90, back to a two beat lake. It can just saved her legs at the start of the bike. We were very specific over what she had to do. The training, I would say was 80% there. And then things started to kind of roll because she had a lot of disappointment. With athletes, it's all about building confidence.
