The $600 Billion Tax Cut in the Obamacare Bill

There is a $600 billion tax cut in this bill. Mostly for the wealthy. It has nothing to do with providing health care for people, but it is happening here. A lot of insurance regulations are kept more than I think we initially expected from early drafts. The ban on preexisting conditions, the ban on lifetime limits and annual limits is in here. Young adults stay on their parents' plan, up to age 26.
