If you're a leader, taking the time to listen powerfully is work and not only is it work, but it's probably some of the most important work you can do. Many organizations today are running SOLEAN that leaders are being asked to do work too. Don't do it at the sacrifice of really understanding what's going on with people or curious in every interaction.
