The Most Important Mind in Our Time Is Synthesizing
Howard Kurtz: I've looked back into my correspondence, and even 40 years ago, I always was referring to the fact that I was a synthesizer. And then about 25 years ago, Mary Kellenbaum said in the 21st century, the most important mind would be the synthesizing mind. Synthesizing means we able to put stuff together in ways that are useful in creativity. He says psychology has had very little to say about synthesizing.
