Getting Back the Strength of Your Muscles
There's almost one continuous sheath of muscle from the top of our heads to the bottom of our feet. Our muscles are filled with connective tissues called fascia. Fascia makes different muscles work together by increasing strength or stability. We have an accurate number of our bones, but not of our muscles. One set of muscles that works together is the pelvic floor muscles. These muscles are responsible for many different functions in the body.
