The Left and Right in American Politics

I consider myself a traditional Kennedy liberal. I don't know any of the values that my uncle, John Kennedy, or my father shared that I don't share. So I would say it's a traditional liberal, but I do think that there is a growing coalition of the left and right in our country. And I think that that really is probably the only thing that will rescue American democracy.
