The Supreme Court's Defiance of the Supreme Court in Allen v. Milligan
The Supreme Court basically says Alabama has to create a second majority black district. Is it possible that all of this was just deflecting the potential criticism of and potentially counter moves by other actors that might have come to the court if in the single term they did everything? And so they're just spacing it out, I think is why we feel so nervous about what actually Brett Kavanaugh would do on voting rights.
