Why Is There a Mismatch in Indian Imports From China?

India imported 79.2 billion worth of goods from China between Jan and September this year. But ask China and you'll get a completely different answer. Our neighbor believes that its ship goods worth 89.7 billion dollars. So where did that 10 billion dollars go exactly?
