Today's hearing was all about trump's efforts to use the us. Justice epartment to overthrow the us. Government, and specifically to elevate an obscure d o j official named jeff clark to take over the department in order to enact this plan. The way it would work is that clark would have the justice department tell state governments that the justice ad department had discovered tones of election fraud in states that byden had won. And so republican let legislatures in those states should probably just go ahead and replace the byden electors with trump electors, on the advice of the us Department of justice.
