The Importance of Social Opportunity
I don't think children should be excessively sheltered. I believe that it's important to shelter from from genuinely harmful things, especially at an early age. One event, one really bad event without specifying can destroy a person's life just in an instant. So something that has really bad outcomes, I will absolutely make certain that my kids are protected and are safe from those kinds of things. And so within my social opportunity closet, I'm sorry for cutting. Go ahead. It's that opportunity cost that you've cited in the past of like, yeah, today it's easy. What will that breed tomorrow? Right. Exactly.
