The Disagreement Between Hematology and Rheumatology
Hematology oncology had very clear protocols for patients to get chemotherapy like a topicide. Rheumatologists started to have other treatments that we would often start earlier. Both sides of the field really weren't familiar with the other's medications and that was part of the communication problem.
