"It was all about the hustle when I was a kid, because from a very young age, it wasn't that I was ever a homeless kid or anything like that," he says. "Me and my friend JD used to sit up on Hollywood Boulevard with kazoos and trash can lids and do songs,. play songs to get money." He adds: "I just got into everything that I could, but there were so many little hangouts that we found... We found older people that would get us high".
