How to Divide Your Time Effectively
I try and keep it about 50-50 at the moment. Most of the time it's more technically focused because my team are in terms of the management leadership side of things. We were finding as a team that we were spending far too much time in meetings, not for the sake of it but certainly we were spending way more time than we needed to. The other thing that I introduced actually at the start of this year was to move more towards an asynchronous first way of working which very much fits into the remote working stuff as well.
