Most of my clients have what I refer to as rhythm disruption. The most common one is being out of balance with the circadian rhythm, such as staying up too late at night. Another rhythm dysfunction that's very common is a breathing pattern disorder. Other rhythm dysfunctions are skipping meals and not having a consistent rhythm when we work or rest.
