During launches, there's an energy around a launch. You need to address it while they're still excited and engaged. During your launch, if a failed payment comes through, get on it right away. Say one hour a day during the launch, find whatever your system looks like, reach out to everybody individually. Now, if you have a team, I want them to do it for you again!
