A lot of times people start off well with creating good habits and then easily fall off, like within before 30 days even hits. So how does one get back up and stay the course to create these good habits that are long lasting? Try your best not to think about the action itself. Think about the consistency of that action. And i guess that leads me to my final question, is the consistency of habits. How long did it take you before it really became second nature? It's taking a longer time for that to become a habit. Sometimes habits can kick in in 30 days. Sometimes they could take two years. But the consistency is what you trying to focus on. Focus on doing
