The number one reason, yet the nail on the head there, my friend, was making the most of the positive selling conditions at the time. I believe Brisbane is going to over the next decade still be one of the strongest property markets. If you've got it in a good location and the right demographic where your tenants are going to be more affluent, that's the sort of property you should own in the long term.
