The Importance of Rest in Training

I'm convinced that most of the injuries are all reuse injuries. Over fatigue ourselves, we don't do ourselves enough rest. We don't listen to the signals from the body that it needs rest. My big problems with some of the coaching that goes on in the movement culture is like you're going to train 30 hours a week and I'm trying to train him two hours a week. Guaranteed injury.
