How to Brew a Brew With Malt Extract
Each batch was boiled for 60 minutes with hops added at the same times. Equal amounts of work from both batches were then racked to identical brew buckets that had been sanitized. And at this point, I noticed a very, very obvious difference in the way each work looked. Both were exactly 1053.
