The Supreme Court's Interpretation of the Bostock Decision

Gorsuch is like a kind of artist yeah i mean it's a textual list right so he really takes the words of what's on the page seriously and um you know when the bostock decision came out it was a very sort of autistic decision. He basically says there's no balancing tests just as you can discriminate based on race that's i don't need to know anything about diversity or whether you have a copolic government interested or whatever. So i'm very optimistic about where he's gonna come down on other civil rights cases and he basically says like he's more extreme than the majority opinion in his concurrent.
