How to Make Friends Outside of Work

Rita: I'm 30 and finishing my first year of my first office job. My new nine to five schedule doesn't match those of my friends who are all in grad school in retail. How do I make a work friend? She says she's dreaming, maybe fantasizing about finding that one person at her job that could fill the role that has been harder with her existing friends. Do not suggest do not advise to be clear. It just can get very, very messy very quickly.
