The Marxist Framework for Understanding Automation
Roxanne Jones: Can we use the same Marxist framework to understand this that we have used to understand automation up until now, generally in capitalism? She says replacing human labor with robots or whatever is not, it hits a ceiling. It's why we still have human beings working in the Amazon warehouse because guess what? When a robot breaks, oh, they have to service that robot. This investment and like grandma, like Grandma, can't be good for us as long as there are people left behind who want to do their jobs.
