The DOJ's Role in Watergate

CNN's John Defterios asks Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi what history should say about this committee. He says the DOJ is supposed to care a lot about evidence, whether however it comes out could be a leaked video or independent reporting. It seems to me, he writes, that ultimately the special counsel determined the evidence and not its conclusions per se were relevant if not determinative.
