Voting in the Right Precinct

The bill allows ballots that are cast in the wrong precinct, but in the right county. That actually wasn't in the for the people act. The bill also has a number of provisions to protect election workers from harassment and intimidation. It's probably motivated by what we've seen in the media since fore the people first came.
