How to Create a High-Feature Roadmap for Your Company
When it comes to putting together the roadmap and what what the details that matter in it, I know I said no features, but that doesn't mean you don't put epics. And so we take that list and there is a prioritization, estimation process and a certainty barometer that we work with. An example of an epic is saying if we were to use a product like Twitter, an example of an Epic is the what's the name of the feature that's similar to Clubhouse in Twitter? Spaces. That's it. Exactly.
