Russian Military Communications Aren't Listening to Their Own Signals
Radio amateurs are able to intercept russian signals. And they don't even need to decrypt alod of them. They're just translating what they're hearing, which is bein transmitted in clear by rusian cadres. That's surprising, because this is tactically valuable information. But the traffic an its content has then been rrelated with what has been happening on the ground. So it's been possible to cross reference alon of the coms traffic with what then transpired.
