How Caps Lock Came Into Being?
Caps lock was set up to make education as accessible for anybody looking to reskill and move into the cyber industry. The whole ethos behind caps lock is its accessibility and I believe that is still the thing that we are most proud of. We have removed barriers around financial barriers through using income share agreements but also really clear about how we are structured and learning in our days the times within it. That means anybody with caring responsibility is able to attend or we do evening classes so if you have got to work you can fit those in and around your lifestyle. There's a few things there, the point of trust around new innovations as well and how do you build that in I thought was really interesting
