How to Be a Neurodivergent Recruiter
I recently had my first attempt at writing a job advert that was neurodivergent friendly. It may not be perfect, but I had to try. You talked about adjustments. If you do things like making sure you share agendas ahead of a meeting, who doesn't benefit from that? Everyone does. Even if you're neurotypical, one of them is going to be more appealing to look at and apply for than the other.
