i wrote a blog post about the dangers of confusing attention with accomplishment. i can tell you that our podcast didn't grow because of social media, ah, because we're terrible at it. It's ok if you're producing something that's really good, social media might be one of the ways in which people who like what you're doing spread the word about wht you're doing with other people.
