The Cost of Incremental Reliability in the Power Sector

I think Dr. Weber has done an excellent job of illustrating and painting the complexity of this issue I think he's very well articulated the difficulty in balancing the cost of incremental reliability but also the increased probability of what we'll call what we're previously one in 20 year events like the test Texas freeze. Ultimately as we move forward there's going to be a trade-off between the cost to the rate pair and how reliable or how much you know reserves in a particular year at least on an installed basis or even 10 minutes ahead. We are definitely moving in the direction of incorporating further sustainability and reliability but the answer everywhere is going to be different.
