Shannon: It's been almost a year since we've really dug into this. And I think it's an important thing to talk about on a regular basis for us because it is the hardest thing. Most businesses wind up, you get a surge of customers and then this is your fear too. You don't want to hire more worker bees to service the customers when you don't have a machine in place to replace the customers that are invariably going to fall by the wayside. Shannon: A salesperson is usually a pretty easy person to justify paying.
