Learning to Say No to the Words of Our Elders

I think it is very possible to have a commit and I'm constantly having to like re, re, I guess, review. Am I doing too much? What can I let go of? What's my maximum? You know, I'm not going to do more than this. Learning to say no, because for every yes you're actually saying no to something else. So if you can get really clear on what you're saying no to, that really helps.
