How to Train for an Ironman

The training for an Ironman from a USRPT perspective would be around 25 100s. The athlete would try to hold hold call it 58 to 59 per 100 yards ideally on about 120 so around 20 seconds of rest and um you just do that over and over again until you fail. A pro coming out in like first out of the water would be so it'd be25 100s.
