The Relationship Between Ma and Yanka
Yanka was executed by her father's enemies in 19 30. She refused to denounce the man she loved, even though he had abandoned her and wanted nothing to do with her. Ma wrote a poem for a widow 27 years later after losing his own husband. Poplar: "A person who seemed to cound of lack ampathy for anyone" is capable of feeling genuine sorrow.
