Errol Louis: Isn't there still an argument of progress to abolish the monarchy in Canada and Australia? He says it's time we had a more general discussion on is do we need to update our constitution. But he adds that if we focus only on the monarchy, "Pandora's Box would throw up a whole bunch of other issues which would actually strangle this for the next months or years"
