The populations of minority groups have increased the most, making Texas even more diverse. One thing that suggests is that they're more likely to vote for Democrats. The other thing here is that Rourke is winning among moderates of 45% to 28%. So if these groups can rally behind a Rourke, then there's a chance he can cut that margin and do well in some key places.
